Grilled Atlanic Salmon Fillet With An Apple Ginger Chanmpagne Salsa

8oz fresh Atlantic salmon filet
1 tbsp Organic extra-virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

 

Salsa

2 tbsp, Inari Organic dried apple
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, chopped
1/2 tsp fresh coriander, chopped
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup Inari Organic extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup champagne
1 tablespoon L Perrie sauce

Brush the salmon with the olive oil. Add salt and pepper and grill for 8 minutes on a medium/high grill. In a mixing bowl mix all the ingredients to form the salsa.
