2 whole calamari, cleaned and rinsed
salt and pepper to taste
pinch of fresh coriander
light splash of olive oil
lemon wedge
Instructions
- Turn the grill to medium-high. Close lid.
- Place calamari on grill and close lid. Mark them lightly (it takes about a minute and a half on each side), or until firm. Be careful not to char the squid as they can be tender and will burn easily.
- Plate with the remaining ingredients as desired. Chef’s tip: you can combine all ahead of time and cover calamari before grilling.
