4, 227 g (8 oz) halibut steaks 60 ml (4 tbsp) mustard 60 ml (4 tbsp) almonds 500 ml (2 cups) cream 4 pinches of salt and freshly ground pepper
1. Grill the halibut for about 10 minutes.
2. In the meantime, add the remaining ingredients in a frying pan.
3. Reduce the sauce.
4. When the halibut is ready, serve with sauce drizzled over the top. Serves four
