1. Preheat grill.
2. Brush sardines with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and place on grill pan. Cook for 7 minutes on each side.
3. Sprinkle oil, salt and pepper on portabello mushrooms and place on grill. Cook 5-6 minutes on each side.
4. Top with lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil. Serves 4.
