Maple Artic Char Fillet with Brown Rice & French Beans

3 oz. fresh artic char
2tbsp of good quality maple syrup
1 tbsp Inari organic extra-virgin olive oil
cooked brown rice

French beans

Marinate artic char with maple syrup, extra-virgin olive oil and salt and pepper for five minutes.

 

Grill over medium/high heat until cooked.

 

Serve with cooked brown rice and French beans.
