Blueberry Ginger Smoothie
Make this detoxifying and tasty smoothie to give yourself a little health boost.
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup coconut yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries, frozen
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 ½ tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. agave syrup
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Begin blending on a low speed and gradually increase to high. Blend for 45 to 60 seconds.
- Serve with fresh blueberries.
