Fish Taco with Mango Salsa

Serves 2

for Mango salsa :


  • 1 mango
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lime juice
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 scallion
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1 red pepper
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

for Fish


  • 230 g (½ lb) cod or other firm white fish or Raincoast Wild, Natural Tuna
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Lime juice

Mango salsa: Chop each ingredient and mix together in a bowl. If you do not like the salsa spicy, simply omit the jalapeño, or remove the seeds. For a spicier salsa, leave all the seeds in the mix.

Fish: Season fish or tuna with salt and pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and squeeze juice of one lemon on top.

Grill on medium high heat until firm. Place in soft tacos and dress with salsa.
